This policy explains what information Corevia Construction Group ("Corevia", "we", "us") collects when you contact us, fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, or visit our website, and what we do with it. Corevia Construction Group is a trade name of J & M Roofing Contractor LLC, a Washington company.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical information from our website:

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
• Property details: your address or ZIP code, whether you own the home, and the answers you give about your roof or project (for example, what is going on and roughly how old the roof is).
• Ad and website information: which ad you came from, the pages you visited, and technical details such as browser type and device. This comes from cookies and tracking tools described below.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email.
• To schedule a roof check or estimate and send you photos and a written price.
• To follow up on your project and answer your questions.
• To understand which of our ads work, so we spend less showing ads to people who are not interested.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, your appointment and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Our customer management and messaging software, which stores your request and sends our calls, texts and emails.
• Our marketing agency, which manages our ads and follow up on our behalf.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit a form inside Facebook or Instagram, and to measure how our ads perform.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and similar tools to record visits and form submissions so we can measure our ads. Meta may use this information as described in its own privacy policy.
